Composite Hand Tools for the Aircraft Industry

Bojo Tools offers a full range of sealant application and removal tools with fully molded tip options and additionally a handle system with replaceable soft applicator tips.

Materials can be customer specified to existing approvals or from our standard range which includes three grades of Nylon composites (glass-filled) or Polypropylene, Acrylic, ABS, or Celcon. We have certain preferred colors as material identifiers in our standard range, but can mold in alternates upon request.

Tools can be pad printed for inventory control and identification, or where this is not possible due to material properties, durable label systems can be applied. Some materials can also be laser marked where this is cost effective and specifically requested by customers.
